Use your practice tattoo! Have fun deciding where you’ll hide your tattoo on your wedding day!
TIP #2:
Apply your wedding day tattoo on your actual wedding day. The blues will be most brilliant with same-day application.
TIP #3:
Follow the directions. Application instructions are on the back of every tattoo. We’ve also supplied them here.
I DO TATTOO DIRECTIONS
- Skin should be clean & free of oils & makeup.
- Remove clear, protective top sheet.
- Press tattoo firmly onto clean, dry skin with design facing down.
- Hold wet cloth against back of tattoo, press down and make sure to wet it thoroughly. We like to use a very wet paper towel.
- Wait 30 seconds (don’t hurry). Peel off paper backing.
- Gently rinse image with water for best effect.
To remove any residuals from your “practice” tattoo:
Saturate tattoo with household rubbing alcohol or baby oil; wait 10 seconds, then rub away tattoo with cotton ball. - OR - Lift tattoo from dry skin using several pieces of transparent household tape. Be sure your skin is clean & free of oils before applying your wedding day tattoo.

Of course, we can’t guarantee the exact shade of blue as it will appear on your skin. Different factors may affect the actual or perceived shade of blue, including different computer screens and/or different skin tones.
